Since 1994, we have acquired extensive experience in alternative tourism, incentive activities and organization of sports events. We are specialized in outdoor training programs for companies and groups, we develop individual products: flexible, creative and competent, according to the needs of our customers.
Mallorca Activa has a group of dynamic multilingual professionals with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We are a “family” with a common desire: to enjoy and let others enjoy with us in a unique and picturesque environment, having nature as the setting for our activities.

With her experience in the hotel industry & the organization of several sportive events she provides young & fresh air to our company.

Luna Díez
The youngest member of our team, passionate about nature and the world of events. With a long career in the MICE sector, her specialization is the creation of unique experiences, always making sure that every detail is perfectly coordinated. She is passionate about transforming ideas into unforgettable moments, combining creativity and organization so that each event is special and flows without unforeseen events.

Mikel García
Our veteran, with more than 20 years with us. He is the soul and energy of the team. His enthusiasm is contagious and his passion for events is reflected in every detail. He always takes the lead, making sure everything runs smoothly.
He loves doing briefings, he is fun and has a great sense of humor, but when it comes to work, his commitment and seriousness are unwavering.
Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English and German (learning it in leaps and bounds).

He is the calm within the energy of the team. For many years he has always been with us with a smile, bringing balance and serenity to every event.
